Horses at Hope Ranch are kept as naturally as possible. The ranch runs a mare herd and a gelding herd. Horses are kept outside 24/7. Natural shelter and fresh water are availible to the herds at all times. River rocks are kept in the gateways, near water troughs and saddleing areas for daily hoof conditioning. Equine diets are kept simple. Pastures are well maintained, and free-choice minerals and vitamins are made available. A twelve stall barn, and holding pens are available for emergencies, medical administrations, and overnight travelers with horses (see overnight stables.com for our listing.) Round corrals, an arena, and miles of marked, designated equine trails are easily accesable to guests and boarders. Limited spaces are available for boarders at the ranch.
